Account Manager – Trilingual (hf)
Opsealog is looking for a trilingual Account manager that speaks English, French, and Spanish. The ideal candidate has previous experience onboard vessels.
Among the Service delivery team, your main missions will be to :
- Organize and animate customer relationship: communications, meeting, training, and networking;
- Be the single point of contact for the client, managing the relationship, ensure client satisfaction;
- Collect and understand the needs expressed by the different departments of our customers’ organization to propose the most relevant services;
- In collaboration with the Consulting department, propose new solutions to customers and follow their implementations (from initial specifications to final publication, according to planning);
- Ensure the contractual terms are respected (SLAs, deliverables, consulting, etc.);
- Closely aware of customer operations (drilling/production/Marine Logistics/strategy/organization etc.);
- Maximize revenue and savings generated from each account managed;
- Ensure follow up on timesheet associated with the account, invoicing, and cash recovery;
- Work with Product Manager to collect feedback from each account in order to improve Opsealog’s Solution
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits/schedule regular meetings with our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about customers’ accounts
Your profile :
- Previous account management experience (min 3 years)
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
- Merchant Marine/Engineering degree
- Customer relationship management experience
- Interested in Data Management and new technologies
- Fluent English, French, and Spanish required
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Pyramid Analytics, Excel Pivot Tables)
- Project Management experience or masters degree
