Marketing & Communication Assistant (hf)

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing & Communication Assistant, to assist Opsealog in the growth of our marketing strategies.

 

You will join the Product Management & Marketing team and your main role will be to :

• Assist the marketing & communication strategy within the company
• Assist the promotion of our company’s brands
• Assist community management

 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of visuals, brochures, infographics, commercial presentations
• Assist in research and curation of the company’s social media posts on relevant industry trends as well as implementing a communication plan
• Participation in the organization of internal and external events in France and other countries: fairs, workshops, seminars, etc
• Be in charge of the website and social media analytics
• Gain deeper knowledge on B2B marketing strategy
• Acquire knowledge about the Oil & Gas industry
• Bring new ideas for expanding the company’s online presence, as well as bringing innovative ideas regarding our communication and marketing strategy.

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, Communication or similar
• Communication & writing skills both in French and in English
• Knowledge of Digital marketing
• Familiarity with Office 365, Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Web & social media skills
• Spirit of synthesis,
• Strong visual creativity
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
• Experience in a start-up would be a plus
